Casey

Casey is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Human Biomechanics Specialist (HBS), and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling (MA).

He combines a deep understanding of human movement and behavior to help people move pain-free and restore balance through intelligent, posture-based training.

His approach integrates myofascial release, postural restoration, and functional strength development—building both physical resilience and mindful awareness in every client.
