“Working with Casey was a pleasure. Casey was calm, very respectful of my personal space, and clear and specific about each of the exercises he showed me. I was impressed by his attention to minute changes in position of my back, shoulders, and hips that helped me perform the plank correctly, for example. He sent me videos of each new exercise, so I could refer to them regarding correct posture, etc. So helpful! I have grown stronger in my core, doing 3 exercises consistently over the past 3 months, and can now hold the plank for 1 minute x 3 reps, for example. I have also learned how to consistently release tight leg and hip muscles. I am very aware of my posture, and my core now, when standing, climbing stairs, or lifting groceries, etc. This journey has been very positive, in that I feel stronger in my body.”
