How virtual training works
Restore strength, posture, and pain-free movement with 1:1 virtual biomechanics coaching — no gym required. Use the same intelligent, posture-based system we use in person, delivered directly to your home through Zoom or FaceTime.
Step 1Movement & posture assessment (online)
We begin with a one-on-one virtual movement assessment to identify imbalances, restrictions, and pain patterns. Using postural analysis and movement screening, we challenge you through a series of movements to understand the root cause then design a clear action plan.
Step 2Customized corrective plan
Next, we design a personalized corrective exercise and myofascial release program built around your assessment results. You'll know exactly what to work on, why, and in what sequence — delivered through TrueCoach so you always have it at your fingertips.
Step 3Live virtual coaching sessions
During live Zoom or FaceTime sessions, your coach guides you through each movement cueing posture, joint position, and muscle activation in real time. Sessions are designed to correct the root cause of pain and restore how your body moves day to day.
Step 4Pain-free programming between sessions

Adam is a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Human Biomechanics Specialist (HBS), and holds a Master’s degree in Counseling (MA).
He combines a deep understanding of human movement and behavior to help people move pain-free and restore balance through intelligent, posture-based training.
His approach integrates myofascial release, postural restoration, and functional strength development—building both physical resilience and mindful awareness in every client.
